I've just started taking this, and I have definitely seen a difference in how well I sleep at night. I usually wake up in the middle of the night and struggle to fall back asleep, but it's been a week of taking this, and I've slept very well for the entire week. Will continue to watch how my responds in other ways.
I love it. Easy to swallow and doesn't taste bad at all. I will definitely order more.
I tried out the Moringa with the specific focus on joint health and I have noticed less pain in my body, so I am now locked in!
It was great to use along with the Chlorella.
