RETURN & REFUND POLICY
www.TierraGoesGreen.com creates high quality products classified under the Health & Beauty category as well as Nutraceuticals. Due to the nature of our business, we do not currently accept returns on our products due to our Quality Standards.
Have no fear, we believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you have any issues with our high quality creations, please email support@tierragoesgreen.com within 30 days of purchase so that we may have the opportunity to meet your expectations.
Before purchasing one of TGG’s creations, here are a couple key factors to keep in mind:
• Allergies: almost all of TGGs creations are scented with natural fragrance / essential oils. If you have sensitivities to smell, please be mindful of this key fact before you make a purchase.
• Body Butter: our creations are not mass-produced. They are handmade, in small batches using a high-end mixer. The body butter may not be buttery smooth throughout the entire jar like we would like. But if you rub the product in between your hand it will melt naturally. You may also set the jar in the sun for a few hours to melt the butter down a bit.
• Supplements / Nutraceuticals: these products are not shipped from the Flourish Factory in Atlanta, so if you order alongside one of the handmade creations the order will ship separately. Also, supplements will only be shipped via USPS (UPS not currently an option).
Missing/Stolen/Lost Orders
Please be advised that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once your order has shipped. If your order is not received according to the tracking detail once in the possession of the courier, you must file a claim with USPS or UPS respectively. Once a claim is filed and a claim number is obtained, TGG will work with you to resolve this unfortunate issue based on the findings of the courier (USPS or UPS).
